Vinko Rozic was born in Dubrovnik in 1973, and now lives in a nearby town of Cavtat, Croatia.

After earning a BA in Psychology at St. Francis College and MS in Organizational Behavior specializing in Human Resource Management at Polytechnic University, and a ten-year run in the financial industry in New York City, he co-founded Sinergija d.o.o.

Previously, Vinko had been selected to the age-group national waterpolo teams of both the former country and Croatia, and has received recogniton as a marathon swimmer and a varsity waterpolo player while in the United States.

Watersports remain his favorite outdoors recreational activity.
